Who we are
V&V is Veronica and her family. V&V Janitorial & Maid Services has been cleaning homes and businesses around Dallas-Fort Worth since 2009, and it's still run by the family.
We clean homes and businesses. For homes, that's recurring house cleaning, deep cleans, move-outs, Airbnb turnovers, windows and carpets. For businesses, it's offices, medical and dental offices, schools, churches, stores, gyms and buildings with several tenants, plus post-construction and post-event cleanups.
How we work
We keep it simple and put it in writing.
- You get a written quote or scope before we start. For homes, it's the rooms, the tasks and how often. For businesses, it's every area, every task and how often, after we walk the building with you.
- The crew follows a checklist. Same order, same list, every visit. If you want something changed, we change the list.
- We bring our own supplies. We use eco-friendly products. If you'd rather we use yours, or someone has allergies, just ask.
- We do our best to send the same crew every time. If someone is out, another trained crew member covers.
- Our people are trained and wear ID. Our managers do site checks on business accounts.
- You have someone to call. When something needs fixing, you call or text us and we handle it. We reply to quote requests the same business day.
English and Spanish
Our family and our crews work in English and Spanish every day. Call, text or fill out the form in whichever language is easier for you. Se habla español.
Insured
V&V carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. If your building or property manager needs a certificate of insurance, ask and we'll send one by the next business day. References are available on request.
We'd rather tell you exactly what coverage we carry than hang badges we can't back up.

We cover all of DFW. Most of our work is around Fort Worth, Burleson and Johnson County. We serve 21 towns, including Fort Worth, Dallas and Arlington, the Mid-Cities like Hurst, Euless and North Richland Hills, north to Frisco, Plano and Denton, and south and west to Mansfield, Burleson, Joshua, Midlothian, Weatherford and Aledo. Is V&V a franchise?
No. V&V is a local, family-run company. There's no national office or call center between you and the people who run it.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. We work in English and Spanish every day, so you can call, text or write in whichever is easier.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Businesses can get a certificate of insurance by the next business day.
