Is everything on these lists included every time?
The home lists show a standard visit. A deep clean or move-out adds more, as the comparison table shows. For businesses, your written scope says exactly what happens nightly, weekly and monthly.
Can I change the list?
Yes. Tell us what to add, drop or do differently, and we'll update your checklist.
What won't you clean?
We don't do biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest treatment or high-rise window work. If a job needs a specialist, we'll tell you.
