When a deep clean makes sense
A deep clean is the visit for a house that's behind. Maybe life got busy for a few months. Maybe you're starting recurring service and want the first visit to reset everything. Maybe family is coming for the holidays and you want the guest bath and kitchen to look right.
It's also the visit we'd suggest before recurring cleaning starts. A regular clean every two weeks keeps a house where it is. It can't undo six months of soap scum in one visit.
What takes the time
Deep cleans are slow on purpose. Most of the hours go into a few places:
- Bathrooms. Fort Worth's 2025 water report puts hardness at 108 to 150 mg/L, which the USGS calls moderately hard to hard, and many nearby cities buy that same water. So showers and glass doors collect white spots and soap scum fast. We work them off with a cleaner made for it and the right pads, then rinse and dry so the glass doesn't spot right back.
- Kitchens. Grease on the hood, the cabinet fronts near the stove and the tops of the fridge and microwave. Grout behind the stove. The edges of the sink.
- Every room, top to bottom. Fan blades, vent covers, blinds, door frames and baseboards, by hand. Dust falls, so we start high and finish with the floors.
Here in North Texas, spring pollen and summer dust make baseboards and window sills turn gray quicker than people expect. That's usually where a first-time customer sees the biggest difference.
Before we start
Clear the counters, the bathroom vanity and the floors as much as you can. We'll clean around things that stay out, but we can't clean under them. Tell us about anything fragile, any surface that needs special care, and any room you'd like skipped.
If you want the inside of the oven or fridge done, add it when you ask for the quote. Those take real time, so we price them separately rather than rushing them.
Deep clean, then keep it
Most people book a deep clean as a reset and then set up recurring house cleaning every week or two. The regular visits are quicker and cost less because the hard part is already done.
We've been cleaning homes in Dallas-Fort Worth since 2009. We're insured, we bring our own supplies, and we'll answer in English or Spanish.

Every home is different. Your written quote lists exactly what we will clean, and you can add or drop items. See every checklist, room by room.
How it works
- 01Tell us about the space
Call, text or send the form. For most homes we can quote from the details and a few photos. For businesses we set up a walkthrough.
- 02Get a written scope
You get what we'll clean, how often and the price in writing before anyone starts. No surprises on the day.
- 03We clean
Our crew shows up with its own supplies and equipment and works through the checklist. If you want us to use your products, just say so.
- 04You tell us what to change
Tell us what you'd like done differently next time, by call or text, and we update your checklist.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix that area free.
We keep a card on file and charge it after each cleaning is done. Nothing up front. Recurring clients are charged automatically after every visit.
Deep Cleaning questions
How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a house clean. A deep clean gets it there. We spend the extra time on baseboards, grout, door frames, vents, fans, blinds and buildup in kitchens and bathrooms. The comparison table shows the difference task by task.
How long does a deep clean take?
Longer than a regular visit, often a lot longer. It depends on the size of the home and how much buildup there is. We'll give you a time window with your quote.
How often do I need a deep clean?
If you have regular cleanings, once or twice a year is plenty. Many people book one before the holidays or in spring. Without regular service, plan on a deep clean as the first visit.
Can you get rid of hard water spots?
We can remove most hard water buildup on glass, faucets and tile with the right cleaner and some elbow grease. Very old buildup can etch glass, and etching won't come off with cleaning. We'll tell you if that's what we're seeing.
Should I book a deep clean before moving out?
For an empty home, book a move-out clean instead. It covers the inside of cabinets, closets and appliances, which matters for a final walkthrough.
