CAN I GET AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE?
We can provide phone estimates for residential, move-in or move-out, post-construction cleanings. However, we are unable to give an accurate quote over the phone for commercial, office or janitorial cleaning. We would be happy to schedule an on-site visit at your earliest convenience. Yes, we offer both one-time deep cleans and convenient recurring services, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEANING?
No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning as long as we have access to the property. Many clients prefer to have their cleaning done while they are away at work or running errands.

DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES?
Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, we are happy to accommodate them.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE AT THE LOCATION WHEN YOU CLEAN?
No, you are not required to be on-site. We can clean before or after business hours to best fit your schedule. Please note: if our team arrives and cannot gain access to the property, a $50 trip fee will apply.

No. V & V provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for every job.

Absolutely. You can give us any special instructions or requests when booking. We also perform a walkthrough during each visit and welcome your feedback afterward.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. If you terminate a recurring service agreement, you remain responsible for one final scheduled cleaning as outlined in the agreement.
