Clean glass, clean tracks
A window doesn't look clean until the frame and track are clean too. Most people wipe the glass and stop there, so the sill stays gray and the track fills with grit and dead bugs. We clean all of it: glass, frames, sills, tracks and screens.
Inside, outside, or both
Interior windows are the easy add-on. We can do them on their own, or add them to a deep clean or move-out clean.
Exterior windows take more setup. We clean the outside glass we can reach safely from the ground or a ladder. Before we quote, we look at how high the windows are, what's planted under them and whether a ladder can sit level. If a window isn't safe for us to reach, we'll say so and leave it off the quote. We don't do high-rise buildings or rope access.
North Texas is hard on windows
Spring brings oak and grass pollen that coats outside glass in yellow-green film. Summer brings dust. Sprinklers that hit the windows leave white mineral spots, and in a lot of DFW cities the water is hard enough that those spots build up fast.
A cleaning in spring and another in fall keeps up with it for most homes. If your sprinklers hit the glass, adjusting a head or two will save you a lot of spots.
Screens
We take screens down, brush or rinse them, and put them back. Clean screens make a bigger difference to how the window looks than people think. If a screen is torn or the frame is bent, we'll point it out. We don't repair screens.
Storefronts and offices
For businesses, we clean storefront glass, entry doors, push plates and display windows. Fingerprints on the front door are the first thing a customer touches. A regular visit keeps it looking right. Ask about adding windows to your commercial cleaning schedule.

Our crew shows up with its own supplies and equipment and works through the checklist. If you want us to use your products, just say so.

Tell us what you'd like done differently next time, by call or text, and we update your checklist.

We keep a card on file and charge it after each cleaning is done. Nothing up front. Recurring clients are charged automatically after every visit.
Window Cleaning questions
Do you clean outside windows on two-story homes?
We clean outside glass we can reach safely from the ground or a ladder. Some second-story windows are fine; others aren't, depending on the slope, landscaping and how the window is set. We'll look and tell you which ones we can do. We don't do high-rise or rope work.
Can you get hard water spots off my windows?
Spots from sprinklers are common in DFW. Fresh spots usually come off with the right cleaner. Spots that have sat for years can etch the glass, and etching won't wash off. We'll test a small area first and tell you what to expect.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Twice a year works for most homes, usually spring and fall. Spring pollen and summer dust storms in North Texas leave a film on outside glass, so a lot of people schedule one cleaning after pollen season ends.
Do you clean storefront windows for businesses?
Yes. We clean storefront glass and entry doors for shops, salons and offices, on a schedule or as a one-time job.
