Turnovers on a deadline
A short-term rental lives or dies by its reviews, and guests notice the little stuff. A hair on the bathroom floor. A crumb on the counter. A coffee maker with old grounds in it. The turnover clean is where that gets caught.
We work around your booking calendar. Check-out at 11, check-in at 3 means a tight window, so we plan the crew for it, work through your checklist and let you know when the unit is ready.
Your checklist, not ours
Every host sets up a place differently. How the towels are folded. Where the welcome book goes. Which lamps stay on. Send us your house notes and photos of how you like it staged, and we'll follow them every time.
If you don't have a checklist yet, we'll start from the list on this page. Our Airbnb turnover checklist guide is a good place to build your own.
What we watch for
The turnover is also a quick inspection. While we clean, we're looking for:
- Damage, stains or anything broken.
- Items guests left behind.
- Supplies running low.
- Anything that needs a repair person, like a slow drain or a light that's out.
We text you what we find so you can handle it before the next guest.
Deep cleans between busy seasons
Turnovers keep a rental guest-ready. They don't get to the baseboards, the oven or the grout every time. A couple of times a year, book a deep clean when you have a gap in your calendar, and add carpet cleaning if the rugs and carpet are taking a beating.
Hosts across DFW
We clean short-term rentals all over Dallas-Fort Worth, including houses near the stadiums in Arlington and apartments close to downtown Fort Worth. V&V has cleaned homes here since 2009. We're insured with general liability and workers' compensation, and we speak English and Spanish.
What's included
Every host has their own way of setting up a place. We start from this list and add your house rules and staging notes.

How it works
- 01Tell us about the space
Call, text or send the form. For most homes we can quote from the details and a few photos. For businesses we set up a walkthrough.
- 02Get a written scope
You get what we'll clean, how often and the price in writing before anyone starts. No surprises on the day.
- 03We clean
Our crew shows up with its own supplies and equipment and works through the checklist. If you want us to use your products, just say so.
- 04You tell us what to change
Tell us what you'd like done differently next time, by call or text, and we update your checklist.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix that area free.
We keep a card on file and charge it after each cleaning is done. Nothing up front. Recurring clients are charged automatically after every visit.
Airbnb Turnovers questions
Do you wash the linens?
Tell us how you handle linens. Most hosts keep a second set on site so we can make the beds right away and bag the used set. If laundry is part of your turnover, we'll talk through timing and price it in.
Can you clean on short notice for a same-day check-in?
When the schedule allows, yes. Give us your booking calendar ahead of time so we can plan turnovers instead of scrambling. Same-day requests depend on crew availability.
Will you let me know if a guest left damage?
Yes. If something is broken, stained or missing, we'll text you so you can deal with it before the next guest arrives.
Do you restock supplies?
We restock from the supplies you keep at the property, like toilet paper, soap, coffee and trash bags, and tell you when you're running low.
Do you clean multiple rentals?
Yes. Hosts and property managers with several units can set up a regular turnover schedule with us.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most hosts give us a lockbox or door code. We lock up and confirm when the unit is ready.
