What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email, town or ZIP code, details about the home or building, and your message. For subcontractor forms, we also collect the work experience you share.
The site also records basic technical details with each form, like the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the website that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, and you can use Google's opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you a quote and schedule your cleaning.
- To contact you about your quote, your appointments and your service.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve the site.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share your phone number or email with other companies for their marketing. We share information only with the services we use to run the business (like our email, forms and website hosting), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Text messages
If you check the box on our form agreeing to text messages, V&V may text you about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, and questions about your service. Checking the box is never required to get a quote.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request and appointments.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (469) 733-0532.
- Your number stays with us. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
If you text us first, we'll text you back about what you asked.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records as long as we need them to serve you and to keep the business records the law requires. Ask us to delete your information and we'll remove what we're not required to keep.

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
