Who we're looking for

Independent house cleaners, janitorial crews and helpers who do careful work and show up when they say they will. You might work alone, with a partner or with a small crew. Experience matters more to us than paperwork, but you'll need to be set up to work as an independent subcontractor.

How it works

  1. Send the form. Tell us what kind of cleaning you do, where you live and when you can work.
  2. We call or text when a job comes up that fits your area and skills.
  3. We go over the job. The scope, the checklist, the schedule and the pay are set before you start.
  4. You do the work to the checklist, and we follow up with the customer.

What you'll need

  • An IRS Form W-9 (we're set up to pay subcontractors, not employees).
  • Your own reliable transportation.
  • A phone that can call and text.
  • Cleaning experience, and the patience to follow a checklist.
