Homes
Every home quote starts with a few details. These are the things that move the price:
- Size of the home. Bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Bathrooms and kitchens take the most time.
- Type of cleaning. A standard clean costs less than a deep clean, and a move-out covers more again because it includes the inside of cabinets and appliances.
- How often. Weekly and every-two-weeks customers pay less per visit than one-time cleans, because the house never gets far behind.
- Condition. Months of buildup, pet hair or a house after a remodel takes longer. Be honest on the form and the quote will hold.
- Add-ons. The inside of the oven or fridge, interior windows, laundry and carpet cleaning are priced on their own.
For most homes we can quote by phone or text from those details and a few photos. You get the price in writing before the first visit.
Paying. We keep a card on file and charge it after each cleaning is done. Nothing up front. Recurring clients are charged automatically after every visit.
Businesses
Commercial pricing comes from a walkthrough. We look at:
- Square footage and layout. Open offices clean faster than lots of small rooms.
- Restrooms and break rooms. These take the most time per visit.
- Floor types. Carpet, tile, sealed concrete and wood each need different care.
- How often. Nightly, a few times a week or weekly.
- When. Hours the building is empty and any access or badge rules.
- Special tasks. Glass, high dusting, floor care beyond mopping, or a day porter to restock supplies during the day.
After the walkthrough, you get a written scope that lists every area and task with how often we'll do it, and the price. If something changes later, like a new suite or a different schedule, we update the scope with you.
Details vary, but we generally require a contract term, since a lot goes into setting up a building's cleaning plan.
Fees
We only have two, and we'd rather you hear about them now. If our crew can't get in, there's a $50 trip fee. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, there's a $50 late-cancel fee. Estimates and walkthroughs are always free.

Pricing questions
Can I see a price before I call?
Yes, for homes. Pick your home size and the kind of clean on our quote form and it shows an estimated price right away. We confirm the exact price before we start, usually from a few photos. Business cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough, because two buildings the same size can need very different work.
Is recurring cleaning cheaper per visit?
Usually, yes. A house cleaned every week or two stays in better shape, so each visit takes less time than a one-time clean.
Do you charge for estimates or walkthroughs?
No. Home quotes and business walkthroughs are free.
Will the price change after the first visit?
Only if something changes, like a bigger scope, more rooms or a different schedule, and only after we talk to you.
